The following is the PX Technology Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or this ”Agreement”) relating to PX Technology’s Website.  This Privacy Policy describes PX Technology’s policies and procedures concerning the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Website and shall govern the handling of Your information by PX Technology.  WE use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Website and certain services provided by PXX Technology.  By using the Website, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended or modified by PX Technology from time to time in PX Technology’s sole discretion, and such revised Privacy Policy shall be posted on PX Technology’s website at https://www.pxtechnology.com/privacypolicy and shall immediately become effective and part of this Agreement on the 30th day after such revised terms are posted on PX Technology’s website.  You acknowledge and agree that it is Your responsibility to review the Privacy policy posted on the PX Technology website at least once every thirty (30) days for so long as You are accessing and using the Website, and You acknowledge and agree that the posting of any revised Privacy Policy on the PX Technology website shall constitute proper and adequate notice to You of such revised Privacy Policy for all purposes.  By accessing and/or using the Website and/or any services offered by PX Technology, You agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy that is effective at that time; provided, however, any amended or modified version of the Privacy Policy will not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties arising prior to the effective date of such amended or modified versions of the Privacy Policy.  You may terminate this agreement if any amended or modified version of the Privacy Policy materially and adversely affects You so long as You give written notice of termination to PX Technology within thirty (30) days after such amended or modified Privacy Policy is posted on the Website.

PX Technology will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Your Personal Data will be made unless there are adequate controls in place to properly secure Your Personal Data.  

Deletion Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. 

You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete your Personal Data by emailing us at privacy@pxtechnology.com.  Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so. 

Notwithstanding any language to the contrary herein, removing your Personal Data will only remove the Personal Data in our database going forward.  Therefore, removal will only affect the transacting of future business on the Website.

During the registration process for Your Account, you will be asked to provide a username and password to be associated with your Account.  Your username and password will allow you to access certain areas of the Website that are limited to registered users.  You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password, and You are fully responsible for all activities and uses of the Website associated with Your username and password, whether by Yourself or others.  You are responsible for all losses and damages associated with the use of Your username and password by someone other than You.  If you believe Your username or password has been stolen or is otherwise being used without Your authority, You should notify PX Technology immediately.  You acknowledge and agree that We may, but are not obligated to, deny access or block any transaction without prior notice if We believe Your username and password are being used by someone other than You, or for any other reason.

Children's Privacy

Our Website does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
